The staff members is a 10, pretty attentive and helpful. The foodstuff, the amenities, everything was Superb. We enjoyed a terrific stay as well as meal was mouth watering. We loved Odakyu Hotel de Yama. We’ll come again.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members from the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Quite wonderful hotel and fantastic location. I Certainly suggest Odakyu Hotel de Yama!

Assuming that you are visiting Hakone you should reserve at Odakyu Hotel de Yama. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. And a great atmosphere!
